Michael Smith – Executive Director is a consultant and academic with over 15 years of education and experience working with community technology centers, non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Michael served as the Vice President of Technology for the Baltimore Urban League and held direct oversight for the Department of Commerce Telecommunications Information Infrastructure Assistance Program, and the U.S. Department of Education Community Technology Centers Network initiative. He has held the position Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems at Prince George’s Community College and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University.
Tanya Callender – Project Manager has over 10 years working in the non profit, education and government sectors. She has served as the Center Director for the Dream Academy where she was responsible for administration, finance and human resources. Prior to the Dream Academy, Tanya served as a Strategic Communications Specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Community Development, where she developed work plans, managed budgets and coordinated policy recommendations. In addition, she held the post of Senior Program Director where she was responsible for the management and oversight of the “Welfare to Work” initiative.
Temitope Akomolafe, BS, A+, Network+ – Technology Coordinator serves as the project coordinator for our Seniors’ First Program., where manages the staff, coordinates volunteers and manages curriculum. She also serves as a trainer for our TECH BRIDGE program and technical support specialist for CETAT. She is currently an adjunct professor at Prince George’s Community College.
Joshua Hardaway – Technology Specialist serves a Seniors’ First manager, where he oversees computer literacy training to senior citizens. In addition, he is currently studying Cybersecurity at Prince George’s Community College.
Sven Prava – Technology Specialist/Web Specialist serves a Seniors’ First trainer, where he provides computer literacy training to senior citizens. In addition, he develops and manages websites using Content Management Systems. He is working towards completing his Information Technology from Prince George’s Community College.
Armand Yonkeu – TechnologyTrainer/Multimedia, CCENT develops cyber-security curriculum, provide instruction to youth and coordinate cybersecurity for CETAT. He also provides instruction in video production/photography. He is currently at student at UMBC.
Edward Kuisseu Tatchim – Technology Trainer, trains youth in coding applications. He is currently a student at the University of Maryland.
Olamide Odujoko- Technology Specialist/Web Specialist serves a Seniors’ First trainer, where he provides computer literacy training to senior citizens. In addition, he develops and manages websites using Content Management Systems. He earned his A.A.S degree in Information Technology from Prince George’s Community College
Francis Ogbuchi – Cloud Network Administrator manages organization applications and data in AWS. He earned his A.A.S. degree in Cybersecurity from Prince George’s Community College
