Michael Smith – Executive Director is a consultant and academic with over 15 years of education and experience working with community technology centers, non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Michael served as the Vice President of Technology for the Baltimore Urban League and held direct oversight for the Department of Commerce Telecommunications Information Infrastructure Assistance Program, and the U.S. Department of Education Community Technology Centers Network initiative. He has held the position Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems at Prince George’s Community College and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University.
Tanya Callender – Project Manager has over 10 years working in the non profit, education and government sectors. She has served as the Center Director for the Dream Academy where she was responsible for administration, finance and human resources. Prior to the Dream Academy, Tanya served as a Strategic Communications Specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Community Development, where she developed work plans, managed budgets and coordinated policy recommendations. In addition, she held the post of Senior Program Director where she was responsible for the management and oversight of the “Welfare to Work” initiative.
Temitope Akomolafe, AS, A+ – Technology Coordinator serves as the project coordinator for our Seniors’ First Program., where manages the staff, coordinates volunteers and manages curriculum. She also serves as a trainer for our TECH BRIDGE program and technical support specialist for CETAT. She is currently an adjunct professor at Prince George’s Community College.
Wayne Kee – Director of Operations has over 10 years management experience in developing individuals for professional growth. His specialty has been in the service, financial and administrative arena and has branched out to youth development through the CETAT program over the past three years. He’s also served as a licensed foster parent which has provided him with tools to help youth of all backgrounds.
Donnita Harrison, AS, CCNA – Technology Coordinator serves a Seniors’ First trainer, where she provides computer literacy training to senior citizens. In addition, she provides PC repair and networking support. She is currently an adjunct professor at Prince George’s Community College.
Joshua Hardaway,- Technology Specialist serves a Seniors’ First trainer, where he provides computer literacy training to senior citizens. In addition, he is currently studying Cybersecurity at Prince George’s Community College.
La Keisha Gibbons, MA serves as a curriculum development specialist for our Seniors First Program. She is an information technologies specialist with extensive experience in hardware, software, and data management. She earned a M.A. degree from Webster University in Management, Leadership and Human Resources Management.
Emmanuel Larbi – Technology Specialist serves a Seniors’ First trainer, where he provides computer literacy training to senior citizens. He also has taught coding to youth at various middle schools in Baltimore City. In addition, he is currently studying Information Technology at Prince George’s Community College.
Gabriel Onana – Cybersecurity Intern A.A.S, CCNA will develop cyber-security curriculum, provide instruction to youth and coordinate cybersecurity for CETAT. He earned A.S. degrees of Cybersecurity and Information Technology from Prince George’s Community College.
Armand Yonkeu – Cybersecuriy Intern, CCENT develops cyber-security curriculum, provide instruction to youth and coordinate cybersecurity for CETAT. He is currently studying Cybersecurity at Prince George’s Community College.
Edward Kuisseu Tatchim – Software Development Intern, develops mobile applications and, provide instruction to youth in coding. He is currently studying Computer Science at Prince George’s Community College.
