We’re Drivers for Digital Equity and Community Empowerment

The People Behind the Work

This work is led by educators, technologists, and community advocates who believe access to technology should be practical, inclusive, and useful in everyday life. Everyone on the team brings real experience, whether from classrooms, community spaces, or the technology field itself. What connects us is a shared commitment to helping people gain the skills and confidence they need to move forward.

Grounded in Real Communities

CETAT’s team reflect the communities we serve. Many of us have experienced the same barriers related to access, training, or opportunity. That perspective shapes how programs are designed and delivered. We focus on listening first, building trust, and creating learning environments that feel supportive rather than intimidating. Our programs are adjusted based on feedback and real outcomes, not assumptions. CETAT’s approach blends technical knowledge with hands-on support. The goal is not just to teach skills, but to make them usable and relevant.

How We Approach the Work

The team brings experience in digital literacy, workforce readiness, and technology education. Strong partnerships with local organizations help ensure programs stay connected to real needs. Data helps guide decisions, but people always come first. This work grows stronger through partnership. Supporters, funders, educators, and community organizations all play a role in expanding access and opportunity.
